Welcome to 22 West Washington, the 1891 offices of the Lexington Development Company and now your home away from home in Historic Downtown Lexington, Virginia.

Please keep the following in mind during your stay:

• NO Smoking and NO LARGE GROUPS are permitted.
• Your parking permit and a map will be mailed to you.
• Additional parking is available directly behind the building at no charge on the weekends.
• To operate the TV, direct the remote at both the TV and the cable box and press “ALL ON” for 3 seconds.
• For internet access, the network is DVance and the password is “upstairswireless”.
• At the end of your visit please leave the keys on the sofa and lock the door as you exit.
